Poker WinRate Terms

Poker WinRate is an adult recordkeeping app from Sanderson Software Studio. These terms describe the current RC15 beta and the planned upgrade options.

Using the app

The app is intended for people 18 and older. Use it to record your own cash-game and tournament sessions and review the results you enter. It does not take wagers, move gambling funds or award cash prizes.

Your entries and reports

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your entries and for keeping the supporting documents you need. Calculations and reports reflect the information entered and the report selection. Historical results do not predict future earnings.

Reports provide organized records for personal and accountant review. They do not determine your tax status, taxable income, deductions or legal obligations. Ask your accountant to assess the report and relevant documents. The SAMPLE report contains fictional data.

Beta testing and backups

RC15 is a test build. Pro access is temporarily enabled for testing, Google test ads appear in Free mode, and cloud services and paid checkout are disabled. The beta may contain errors and its temporary Pro access is not a paid purchase or a promise of permanent access.

Keep a manual JSON backup before updating, deleting data or changing devices. Review reports before sharing them. The support page explains the test controls, backup process and available report-reader actions.

Planned paid options

The planned US prices are $4.99 once for permanent ad removal and reports without cloud, or $1.99/month or $14.99/year for cloud, ad removal and reports while subscribed. The price and renewal terms shown by Google Play at purchase will govern that purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and their benefits continue through the paid period.

Manage cancellation through the in-app Upgrade page or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel billing. Purchase, restore and refund handling follows the applicable Google Play process.

Privacy, changes and contact

The Poker WinRate Privacy Policy describes local data, advertising and support information. We will update the pages when connected services or purchase features are enabled.
