Start with time and results. Add detail when you need it. These instructions describe the current RC15 beta.
Record cash games and tournaments
Use the Cash Games / Tournaments selector on Home and History to switch modes. For cash games, start a live session or use Log a past session. Record your playing time and won/lost amount, or use the more detailed cash-flow fields. Enter tournament costs and prizes in tournament mode.
Open Settings gear → Configure to choose optional and required fields and save regular-game defaults. Use the filter button on History to review the records that match your selection.
Hourly rates and tournament ROI depend on the dates, time and amounts you record. Check missing durations and unusual entries before relying on a summary.
Preview, save or print a report
- Open Printables and request the available report. Choose the year for an annual report.
- Review it in the app's reader. Use page controls and zoom to inspect the details.
- Tap Save and choose a destination, or tap Print to open Android's print dialog.
- For a real annual report, Save offers a PDF alone or a PDF + CSV package.
A report opens for review before you save it. The fictional sample has a large SAMPLE watermark and does not use your name or poker log. Real reports and real CSV exports are Pro benefits; the annual CSV is included with the accountant report package.
Share supporting documents separately with your accountant. The report organizes your entries and flags issues for review; it does not decide taxable income or deductible expenses.
Protect your local records
Use Settings gear → Backup/Restore → Save complete backup · free to create a JSON backup in a location you choose. Restore it through the same screen. Keep a copy before uninstalling, clearing storage or moving to a separate installation.
The Play test app and the earlier recovery beta use separate installations. To move your logs, save a full JSON backup from the old app, restore it into the Play app and verify the records before removing the old installation. Cloud backup is disabled in RC15.
Test Free and Pro
Google Play closed testing is being prepared. Ask the studio for enrollment and installation instructions when the test is available.
RC15 temporarily enables Pro on a new installation. Open Settings gear → About → Pro testing (beta only) to switch it off for Free-mode testing or back on for Pro reports and ad removal. Your selected test mode persists.
Both modes can open the fictional sample during testing. In production, the sample will be available only to Free users; paid users will get real reports. The beta test switch makes no purchase and does not enable cloud services.
With Free mode selected, check the Home test banner and the opening test ad on a fresh launch. Returning from the background opens Home. Ad availability also depends on consent, connection and Google's response.
Upgrades and cancellation
Paid checkout is disabled in this beta. The planned release options are $4.99 once for ad removal and reports without cloud, or $1.99/month or $14.99/year for cloud, reports and ad removal while subscribed.
When purchases are enabled, open Settings gear → Upgrade → Cancel subscription and complete cancellation in Google Play. You can also use Google Play subscriptions. Subscription benefits continue through the paid period. Uninstalling or deleting logs does not cancel renewal.
Report a problem
Email support@sandersonsoftwarestudio.com. Include the app version, Android version, device model, your Free/Pro test mode, what you expected and what happened. Include the wording of an error if available.
Use fictional figures or redact personal information in screenshots. We do not need your full poker log to start investigating. Do not send passwords, payment details or purchase tokens.
