Delete your records
The current RC15 beta keeps your poker records locally and does not create online accounts. You can erase those records from your device.
Reset to zero sessions
- Make a JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy.
- Open the Settings gear → Backup/Restore → Delete Logs.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE, then tap Delete Logs.
- Wait for the app to confirm that the logs were deleted.
This removes local sessions, live timers and unfinished log entries. Configuration and access settings remain. Without a backup, deleted logs cannot be restored through the app.
Remove all local app data
To erase settings and local diagnostics as well, open Android Settings, find Poker WinRate under Apps, and choose Storage → Clear storage or Clear data. The wording varies by device. Uninstalling also removes the app's private local data.
Delete copies you saved elsewhere
Delete JSON backups, saved PDFs, annual PDF + CSV packages and printed copies separately. Check your selected Downloads folder, cloud drive or other destination, including its trash or recycle bin. The app cannot erase copies held by recipients.
Request deletion of support information
Email support@sandersonsoftwarestudio.com with the subject “Poker WinRate data deletion request”. Describe the support messages or files involved and approximately when you sent them. Use the same contact address where possible so we can verify the request. Do not send your poker log, passwords, payment details or purchase tokens.
We will explain any verification needed and any limited information that must be retained for security or legal obligations. Google advertising information is handled by Google; see our advertising privacy controls.
Cloud accounts and subscriptions
Cloud services and paid checkout are disabled in this beta, so there is no Poker WinRate cloud account to delete or beta subscription to cancel. Account-deletion instructions will be updated when connected accounts become available.
If you later buy a Google Play subscription, deleting logs or uninstalling does not cancel its renewal. Manage renewal separately in Google Play subscriptions.
