Double Bingo! Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using a covered service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “Sanderson,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sanderson Software Studio, operated by Bryan Sanderson.

2. Eligibility

Double Bingo! is intended for adults age 18 and over. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your location. The service is not directed to children.

3. Free entertainment; no real-world value

No purchase or payment is required to play. Double Bingo! does not accept deposits, bets, wagers, or paid game entries and does not award cash or merchandise. Coins cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or game entry. Coins are not property and carry no value outside the service.

4. Accounts and player handles

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and sign-in method secure. Do not share access, impersonate another person, create accounts to manipulate results, or attempt to evade a suspension. Public player handles may be generated by the service from an approved list and may be changed or removed to protect users and service integrity.

5. Gameplay and results

The current Double Bingo! Rules are incorporated into these Terms. The service record controls card assignments, called balls, timing, objectives, simultaneous winners, Coins, and results. Device animations and displays are informational. We may cancel, correct, or restore a game affected by a service failure, abuse, or incorrect result.

6. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Automate play, use bots or emulators to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinate fraudulent accounts.
• Interfere with servers, traffic, security, ads, timing, game state, or other players.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or bypass access controls except where law clearly permits.
• Submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content in support communications.
• Misrepresent virtual Coins as cash, sell an account, or offer off-platform redemption.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The service may display advertisements and use third-party services such as Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, and cloud-hosting providers. Ads do not affect cards, odds, eligibility, or results. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for content or services they control.

8. Intellectual property

The service, software, artwork, design, logos, text, and related materials are owned by Sanderson or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for lawful entertainment. No ownership is transferred to you.

9. Updates, availability, and termination

We may update, test, suspend, discontinue, or change parts of the service, including schedules, rules, Coin awards, leaderboards, and device requirements. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or service protection. You may stop using the service and may request account deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, a particular number of games, retention of virtual Coins, leaderboard position, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanderson and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of virtual Coins, lost profits, or service interruption arising from the covered services. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the covered service in the prior twelve months or US $25. Because Double Bingo! has no paid gameplay, that amount will ordinarily be $25. Some locations do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
